Jessie grew up in Lafayette, IN and graduated from Apostolic Christian Acadamy. Growing up, she attended First Assembly of God where she met Josh Thayer, fell in love and eventually married in 2001.
After years of praying and believing, God blessed Josh and Jessie with twin girls Parker and Peyton in October, 2010.
Jessie loves her family and friends deeply. She enjoys spending quiet mornings with her girls and movie nights with Josh. Although Jessie enjoys sparkle and dazzle, she isn't motivated by material things. Josh and Jessie once went to Target for their anniversary, picked out the anniversary cards they would've bought for each other, gave it to the other person to read and then put it back! Jessie cherishes her friendships and prefers hanging out in yoga pants with her girlfriends rather than a fancy night out on the town. She loves the Lord whole-heartedly and believes courageously that He is control.
